Multi camera adapter module v2.2 - camera hub for Raspberry Pi A / B / B+ / 2 / 3B / 3B+ / 4B / 5

A hub enabling Raspberry Pi to connect to four cameras simultaneously. Compared to the previous version, the new adapter supports not only 5 MP camera modules, but also 8 MP and 12 MP cameras. Up to four cameras can be connected to the hub at the same time. The hub connects to the CSI connector on the Raspberry Pi board. Version V2.2 supports 360° cameras, macro photography cameras and cameras for IoT applications. Cameras connected to the V2.2 hub operate sequentially, meaning only one camera image can be displayed at a time. The hub is compatible with Pi A / B / B+ / 2 / 3B / 3B+ / 4B / 5. The set includes the hub and a multi-core ribbon cable terminated with a CSI connector.

Possible applications of the camera signal splitter for Raspberry Pi

The Multi camera adapter module v2.2 hub can support up to four cameras. In addition to most Raspberry Pi models available on the market, the hub can also cooperate with Arduino UNO R3, Arduino MEGA 2560 R3, Beagle Bone Black Rev. C, as well as other embedded platforms equipped with SPI and I2C communication interfaces. The Multi camera adapter module v2.2 can be used, among others, to build a small image monitoring system on construction sites or for detailed recording of natural phenomena.

Very nice device. I don't use what it's designed for, just to connect different cameras to one receiver to test them. Of course, it works properly in this case, only the receiver needs to be reset after changing to a different sensor, but this is obvious. In the case of the same sensors, it can be switched without resetting.
