A compact WiFi antenna equipped with a u.FL connector and a flexible, thin coaxial cable. This popular connector allows the antenna to be connected to the vast majority of modern WiFi modules, as well as Bluetooth and ZigBee – all of these standards rely on the same part of the ISM band (2.4 GHz).
The device can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -10°C to 60°C. When installing the product, remember that the actual antenna (the black sleeve at the end of the cable) should be installed away from metal elements, as these can interfere with the antenna's operation, reducing its range. The same principle also applies to standardized elements, such as screws and nuts – using plastic screws or gluing the antenna to a non-metallic surface may be a good option.
Antennas for embedded systems
Wireless communication is an extremely important aspect of modern technology. Effective range is often one of the most important parameters of a radio link. Everyday devices typically operate in (or inside) buildings, which significantly limits the actual transmission range. Therefore, it's crucial to use properly selected antennas and high-quality accessories (including cables, and even connectors and adapters) to maximize the capabilities of your equipment.
Our offer includes a wide selection of antennas designed to work with both off-the-shelf devices (including single-board computers, routers, etc.) and radio modules. We offer rod and ceramic antennas compatible with WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee, LoRa, GSM, and GNSS (including GPS) modules, as well as coils designed to work with RFID modules in the LF (125 kHz) and HF (13.56 MHz) bands.
