The MBR10100 is a high-current dual Schottky diode with an operating voltage of up to 100 V and a current capacity of up to 10 A. It features a single common cathode and dual anode configuration, enabling its use in rectification, reverse-biasing, and protection circuits. Thanks to Schottky technology, it features low forward voltage drop and fast switching time , which translates into increased energy efficiency and reduced thermal losses. The TO-220AC package ensures good heat dissipation and easy installation.
