Product Description: Holding electromagnet 12V 2W 8 kgf
The holding electromagnet is powered by 12 V and has a rated power of 2 W. The maximum load capacity of the magnet is 8 kg with a standard gravitational acceleration of 9.8 m/s 2 . The product measures 25 x 20 mm and has a mounting hole with an M4 thread. The device can be used as an executive element of any microcontroller, e.g. Arduino . However, the solenoid draws too much power and should not be connected directly to the controller pin. A relay , optocoupler or transistor amplifier should be used.
