The Xiao RA4M1 is a development board from Seeedstudio that offers a wide range of features in the classic Xiao form factor. It uses a 32-bit Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller (ARM Cortex M4, 48 MHz), offering 256 KB of Flash memory, 32 KB of RAM and 8 KB of EEPROM. It has 19 I/O pins , including 14 analog pins, and interfaces such as CAN, USB 2.0, 14-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC and RGB LED . It has reset and boot buttons, and thanks to its low current consumption (45 μA) and built-in charging circuit, it is ideal for battery- powered projects.
