Color IPS LCD display with a diagonal of 1.69" and a resolution of 240 x 280 px , manufactured by Waveshare. The built-in screen driver system - ST7789V2 - communicates with a microcontroller or minicomputer via a 4-pin SPI interface. It can display 262,000 colors and supports formats: RGB444 (12 bits), RGB565 (16 bits), RGB666 (18 bits). The supply voltage is 3.3 V or 5 V, and the built-in logical level converter ensures correct operation with many devices. The dimensions of the display are: 27 .9 x 32.6 mm, and all its corners have been rounded.

LCD display connection
The LCD display has a built-in driver system - ST7789V2 - using the popular 4-pin SPI interface for communication. Thanks to this, many popular microcontrollers can be used for control, including: Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, ESP32 and others. The display requires a 3.3 V or 5 V power supply, which means that in most cases there is no need for an additional power source. The JST GH1.25 connector gives us access to the following pins:
- VCC - supply voltage 3.3 V / 5 V
- GND - system ground
- DIN - SPI data line
- CLK - SPI clock line
- CS - bus device selection (Chip Select)
- DC - selection of data (data) / command (command)
- RST - reset pin
- BL - display backlight
