It can display notes, reminders, weather, a clock, photos, and pre-made graphic designs . Touchscreen operation makes switching between views easy, and speech recognition allows you to create notes without using a keyboard. The device communicates via 2.4 GHz WiFi and BLE 5.0 , has a 750 mAh battery, 32 MB of flash memory, and a microSD card slot. A built-in magnet allows for quick placement of the display, for example, on a refrigerator or metal cabinet.

Creating a message on reTerminal Sticky is easy, even without using the keyboard – just hold down the voice button, speak your message, and the device will recognize your voice and prepare a note for display . This feature allows you to quickly leave a reminder, a chore list or a short message for other household members. Currently, the manufacturer officially supports English and Simplified Chinese language recognition , with additional languages to be added in the future. A built-in magnetic system allows the device to be mounted directly to metal surfaces, such as a refrigerator door, metal cabinet, or a suitable stand. For non-metallic surfaces , the included self-adhesive magnetic ring can be used. Thanks to its small size, the screen can be placed exactly where the information presented will be most useful.

Seeedash app for remote e-paper screen management
The Seeedash app serves as a mobile management center for the reTerminal Sticky. From your smartphone, you can create and send notes, upload photos, set the weather and clock, check device information, and manage its configuration. The app also allows you to add additional Sticky screens, allowing you to use multiple devices in different areas of your home. Initial setup is performed via Bluetooth, and then the device connects to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and can operate independently. The manufacturer offers the Seeedash app for iOS 14 or later and Android 8 or later . A Seeedash Web version is also available, allowing you to create custom layouts and more complex pages displayed on the Sticky.
