Effective smoke extraction system
Dust and fumes emitted during engraving are effectively extracted thanks to a smoke filtration system combined with a fan . The kit also includes a professional Smoke Purifier, which eliminates smoke, dust, and fumes generated during laser cutting and engraving . The three-stage filtration system (pre-filter, medium-efficiency filter, and high-efficiency activated carbon filter) ensures fresh and safe air in the workshop. TOOCAA Smart Camera
The TOOCAA intelligent camera for the L2 plotter enables precise material positioning and real-time engraving preview. Equipped with a 5 MP sensor (2592 x 1944 px) , it allows for perfect pattern alignment within a 400 x 400 mm area, eliminating the risk of errors.
Practical use of the Air Assist pump
Laser operation produces smoke, dust, and material debris that can settle on the lens, causing discoloration and degrading cut quality. The TOOCAA Air Assist kit eliminates this problem with a powerful airflow that removes contaminants from the cutting area .The airflow system significantly lowers the temperature of the processed surface , preventing deformation, burns, and contamination. Cutting lines are smoother, edges cleaner, and details more precise.
5-in-1 rotation module
The multifunctional 5-in-1 rotary attachment for the TOOCAA L2 laser plotter enables precise engraving of cylindrical, spherical, annular, and irregular-shaped objects. A quick-change jaw system, 0° to 180° angle adjustment, and 5 operating modes make it easy to mark cups, bottles, rings, balls, and other objects.
The TOOCAA L2 offers a large work area that allows you to tackle medium-sized projects such as cutting acrylic, wood or leather accessories.
The LED strip shows the operating states of the plotter by displaying different colors.
Honeycomb work table
The 400 x 400 mm honeycomb worktable is a solid platform for laser engravers and plotters. The openwork metal structure ensures optimal airflow and efficient smoke extraction, preventing burns on the underside of wood, plywood, or acrylic. Furthermore, the panel stabilizes the material and reduces unwanted reflections of the laser beam, resulting in higher precision and exceptionally clean, aesthetic cut edges.
TOOCAA Material Magic Box
The package also includes a set of materials designed for laser engraving. Thanks to the multi-layered sheets, you can easily achieve clear and contrasting patterns – the laser precisely reveals the underlying layer in a different color.
