The TOOCAA NOVA is a modern laser engraver with AI functions, equipped with a 10W module , designed for comfortable and safe desktop operation. It offers an A4 work area of 297 x 210 mm , and its compact design makes it ideal for home, office, and educational environments. A fully enclosed Class 1 enclosure and an extensive security system ensure a high level of safety in various conditions. Intelligent solutions automatically identify dedicated material, adjust focus, and select optimal operating parameters , eliminating the need for manual configuration. A built-in HD camera enables live preview and precise positioning of the project on the work surface. Operation is possible via an intuitive touchscreen or through TOOCAA Studio and LightBurn software, and communication is provided by USB Type-C and WiFi interfaces. The modular design allows for easy replacement of laser heads, allowing the plotter to be adapted to various applications – from precision engraving to more demanding cutting. The set is additionally equipped with the Air Assist system and a rotation module , which increase functionality and work comfort.

Thanks to high-precision positioning, you can see the final result before you begin work. This approach shortens turnaround time and reduces the risk of errors.
Automatic material recognition and intelligent autofocus
The plotter automatically identifies selected materials based on ID cards or system settings, allowing for quick adjustments to parameters such as power, speed, and engraving depth. The autofocus function automatically adjusts the laser head's height relative to the material's surface , ensuring optimal beam focus. This solution works well with both thin elements and thicker materials such as wood. or acrylic . If necessary , you can use the advanced mode and manually specify the material thickness . Thanks to the high level of automation and a working area of 297 x 210 mm, operation of the device is quick and intuitive, reminiscent of working with a classic office printer.

The plotter is compatible with TOOCAA Studio and LightBurn software and offers USB and Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing for convenient project transfer and work monitoring. It can be operated both from a computer and directly via the built-in touchscreen . Quiet operation at approximately 50 dB makes the engraver suitable for residential spaces.
