The compact design allows the TOOCAA NOVA to easily fit on a desk, while offering an A4 (297 x 210 mm) work area . The version with the rotary module allows for direct engraving of cylindrical objects such as mugs, bottles, or thermoses, without the need for additional stands. A built-in HD camera provides real-time preview and precise project positioning in "What You See Is What You Get" mode. The device can be operated both via an intuitive touchscreen and via TOOCAA Studio and LightBurn software , with USB or WiFi connectivity. Advanced AI algorithms support background removal and engraving path optimization, significantly reducing file preparation time. High positioning accuracy ensures that the final result will be identical to what you see on your computer screen. This is an ideal solution for those who want to avoid wasting materials during trial runs.
Material Management and Intelligent Auto Focus System
This innovative approach to project management is demonstrated by a material ID card system that is automatically recognized by the device. After placing a dedicated card in a workspace measuring A4 (297 x 210 mm), the software automatically selects the optimal power and speed for the given material. Precise beam alignment is guaranteed by the Auto Focus function, which automatically adjusts the head height relative to the material surface , eliminating the need for manual measurements. For more demanding projects , an Advanced Focus mode is available, allowing manual height adjustments when working with soft or irregular objects. This high degree of automation makes operating the plotter almost as intuitive as using a traditional office printer.
