The TOOCAA NOVA is a modern, AI-enabled laser engraver equipped with a 20W module. The device features a fully enclosed Class 1 enclosure with a multi-level safety system, making it suitable for use in residential, educational, and office environments. The intelligent system automatically recognizes materials, focuses, and adjusts operating parameters , eliminating the need for manual configuration. The TOOCAA NOVA fits on a desk, offering an A4 workspace . A built-in HD camera enables real-time preview and precise project positioning using the "What You See Is What You Get" method. Operation is via an intuitive touchscreen or TOOCAA Studio and LightBurn software, with the option of connecting via USB or Wi-Fi . The modular design allows for easy replacement of laser heads (available as a separate accessory), adapting the power to your current needs—from precise engraving to deep cutting.

The TOOCAA NOVA 20 W utilizes advanced artificial intelligence algorithms that automate the process of preparing a design for engraving. The system intelligently recognizes the material, selects optimal parameters , and eliminates the need for manual testing. The built-in 5MP HD camera provides a real-time "What You See Is What You Get" preview , allowing you to precisely position the design on the material. With a positioning accuracy of less than 1 mm, you see exactly what will be engraved before you begin. This solution significantly shortens turnaround time and minimizes the risk of errors.
Automatic material management and precise autofocus
The device features automatic recognition of selected materials based on their identification cards or system settings , allowing for instant adjustment of power, speed, and engraving depth. The Auto Focus function automatically adjusts the laser head height relative to the material thickness, ensuring optimal beam sharpness. This solution works well with both thin sheets and thicker wood or acrylic elements. You can also use the advanced mode and manually enter the material thickness . The entire job preparation process is reduced to a few simple steps. The A4 working area ( 297 x 210 mm ) and high degree of automation make that operating the plotter is almost as intuitive as using a traditional office printer.
