Product description: RS-232 port sniffer OSD SNIF-42
The SNIF-42 device is used as a throughput converterRS-232, which enableseavesdropping the datasent from the master device to the slaves without any interference in them.It is powered by 12 Vusing 2.5 / 2.1 mm DC connector. The device in combination withOSD-55HDallows you to receive data from various devices via RS-232 port and place them in the image from CCTV cameras.
Sniffer of RS-232 port allows to eavesdrop the data without interference.
Pelco Controller application
The manufacturer has prepared PelcoControllerapplication, thanks to which a sniffer can be used to control a high-speed camera from a PC. In this configuration SNIF-42 is used as single-sided RS-232 - RS-485 converter.
