The boneIO ESP 8x10A gen2 controller is designed for use in smaller building automation installations or as an expansion module for the boneIO ESP32x10A in larger Smart Home systems. It offers 8 relay outputs with a load capacity of up to 10A , as well as Modbus and CAN interfaces . These enable central control of lighting, gates, pumps, alarm systems, and many other installation elements. Native integration with Home Assistant and ESPHome support allow users to create advanced automation scenarios, schedules, and intelligent scenes based on actions between devices, tailored to individual user needs. At the heart of the controller is a powerful ESP32 microcontroller, ensuring stable operation and extensive integration options. Built-in RS485 and CAN interfaces enable communication with additional modules, energy meters, ventilation systems, heat recovery systems, and measurement devices. A well-ventilated passive housing, along with sensors and security features, ensures stable operation for many years. The entire system operates locally, without the need for cloud services, ensuring a high level of security and reliable control over the installation.
