Product description: 3D Printer - Kywoo3D Tycoon IDEX
3D printermanufactured by Kywoo3D. The distinguishing feature of Tycoon IDEX model is thedual print head, allowing to print with two types of filaments in four available modes: two-color, copy the model, mirroring and printing using a single nozzle. The working area of the device is300 x 300 x 350 mm(single extruder mode). The printer has a heating table with a surface of tempered glass, a filament sensor and the function of resuming printing after removing the power failure. For efficient operation of the printer is responsible 32-bit motherboard with silent stepper motor drivers.

Four print modes
Kywoo3D Tycoon IDEX, thanks to the use of a dual print head, allows you to print with two filaments simultaneously. The printer can work in one of the four available modes:
- Two-color
- Copy of the model
- Mirroring
- Single nozzle printing
The Tycoon IDEX also allows you to create soluble supports for complex, intricate 3D prints with irregular shapes.
Stable construction with high quality materials
The Kywoo3D Tycoon's stable X-axis linear bearings, double Z-axis and gantry frame increase the accuracy of the machine by 30% compared to traditional pulley systems. The above solutions significantly increase the stability of operation while reducing vibration, resulting in more efficient printing with high final quality. Double Y-axis, synchronous belt and double gantry additionally dampen vibrations, preventing the wobbling effect.

Direct Drive Extruders
The Tycoon model uses a direct drive filament feeding system. This solution involves placing the extruder, which pushes the material to print, directly on the printhead. The shortened path of the filament allows for reduced extruder motor vibration. It also provides faster retraction and more efficient extrusion of flexible print materials.
Touch screen display and WiFi connectivity
Kywoo3D Tycoon is controlled by a sensitive3.5'' HD touch screen display. Clear design of individual icons, makes it easy to navigate through the printer options. The menu is intuitive and does not cause problems even for less experienced users.

32-bit motherboard and powerful power supply
Kywoo3D Tycoon is equipped with32-bitmotherboard with silent stepper motor drivers TMC2209. It provides stable fast operation without generating excessive noise.
The printer uses a branded power supply unit equipped with thermal protection. The subassembly ensures high efficiency. Its design allows for efficient heat dissipation.
Felt sensor and print resume function
The filament sensor automatically pauses the printer when it detects the end of the printing material or when it is suddenly interrupted without damaging the printout. The printer resumes operation after thefilamentis replenished.
In the event of a sudden power failure, Kywoo3D Tycoon also stops printing without damaging the resulting 3D model. Once power is restored, operation automatically resumes.

Photoelectric limit sensors and filament brushes
The Kywoo3D Tycoon IDEX uses two photoelectric X-axis limit sensors. They are more sensitive than traditional mechanical limit sensors. They have a longer lifetime and improve the quality of the finished 3D models.
Small brushes located in both extruders, are used to clean the rest of thefilamentduring its replacement.
HD camera for print tracking
The printer comes with an external HD camera, which allows you to constantly observe the progress of work. A dedicated application allows you to remotely control the Kywoo3D Tycoon IDEX using a mobile phone. Optionally, a computer can be used for this purpose. Tycoon IDEX in order to save energy automatically turns off after printing.
