MakeBlock Inventor Kit is an educational set consisting of programmable blocks for STEAM early childhood education . It consists of 8 different electronic modules connected using magnetic Pogo Pin connectors and ready-made cardboard elements to build various inspiring structures. The set is compatible with Lego bricks. Neuron blocks are equipped with a Bluetooth wireless communication system, thanks to which it is possible to program using mobile devices. One kit is intended for 2 students. The Neuron is compatible with the Codey Rocky robot.
MakeBlock Neuron Inventor Kit.What can the Neuron Inventor Kit do?
Neuron blocks will turn an ordinary cardboard box into a smart house with automatic lighting and an alarm system. The cardboard crocodile will start snapping its mouth as soon as the sensors detect movement. The set includes 8 different electronic modules, connected with magnetic Pogo Pin connectors. They facilitate presentations and conducting classes thanks to the possibility of magnetic fixing of the blocks to the board. The Funny Touch module will turn any objects into touch sensors, which will allow you to perform experiments known from MakeyMakey sets.
Programming of Neuron educational blocks
Neuron blocks, equipped with a Bluetooth Low Energy wireless communication system, cooperate with tablets and PCs. Two applications are available:
- Neuron (for mobile devices), which can be programmed using the "drag and drop" method. The code is easy for the youngest learners to understand. In the application, you can find ready-made ideas for inventions and instructions on how to create them.
- mBlock 5 (for mobile devices and PCs) with block coding and many extensions using artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). Try mBock online!
