BCN3D Sigma D25 - huge performance in a surprisingly compact form

The BCN3D Sigma D25 printer is a milestone in the 3D printing studio, which until now was based on machines working with standard filaments with a diameter of 1.75 mm. In this case, we are dealing with extruders and heads adapted to 2.85 mm filaments - such a solution greatly accelerates the production of larger details, and - what is more - the use of two printing units allows for simultaneous printing of two identical details or ... an original and a mirror detail reflections.

BCN3D Epsilon W27 and W27 SC

Another interesting proposition from the BCN3D brand addressed to professional customers is the Epsilon W27 printer. This extensive machine offers not only a large working space (420 x 300 x 220 mm), but also HEPA filters and an additional, active carbon filter, which effectively protect people in the vicinity of the printer against inhalation of potentially harmful vapors and solid particles emitted during printing. . The version with the SC tip includes - apart from the printer itself - a special filament storage chamber in conditions with precisely controlled humidity.

BCN3D Epsilon W50

The BCN3D Epsilon W50 printer offers a very large work space with dimensions of up to 420 x 300 x 400 mm and the functions of two-head printing in duplicate or mirror image mode, known from the previously described models. Here, too, there are HEPA filters and a carbon filter, and a 5-inch, graphic touch screen is used to control the machine. The printer is equipped with a glass work table heated to a temperature of 120 o C and a brass head reaching a maximum temperature of 300 o C. Despite its large dimensions, the machine offers great positioning accuracy in XYZ axes - 1.25 µm / 1.25 µm / 1 respectively µm.
