Holding electromagnet powered by 6 V , with a maximum load capacity of 15 kg at a standard gravitational acceleration of 9.8 m/s 2 . Current consumption is approx. 0.48 A, nominal power is 3 W. The magnet has a mounting hole with an M4 thread (the set also includes an appropriate screw). The product has dimensions: 30 x 25 mm. The cables that come out are approximately 30 cm long. When using a magnet as an actuator controlled by Arduino , do not connect it directly to the microcontroller pins. Due to the high power consumed by the magnet, an additional relay , opto-isolator or transistor amplifier should be used in the system.
