    AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC ZU2CG - ARM processors and FPGA in one chip

    The heart of the platform is the AMD Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC XCZU2CG-1SFVC784E . The system integrates two ARM Cortex-A53 cores for running operating systems and applications, and two Cortex-R5F cores for tasks requiring predictable response times. This combination allows for the separation of interface, communication, and data analysis functions from critical control operations. The programmable PL part is fabricated in 16nm FinFET+ technology and enables the creation of custom hardware blocks, interfaces, digital filters, and accelerators. The system offers approximately 103,000 logic cells, 47,000 look-up tables (LUTs), 94,000 flip-flops, and 240 multiplier-accumulator blocks. This allows it to perform parallel processing of images, signals, and data streams with low latency.
