Product description: Rosa3D ASA filament 1.75 mm 0.7 kg - included with a reusable spool - White
ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylic) filament in white , used in FFF/FDM 3D printers . The material is pre-wound on a reusable spool and vacuum-sealed. The filament diameter is 1.75 mm . ASA filaments are resistant to UV radiation, moisture, and heat, making them suitable for outdoor use. The material has a lower shrinkage rate and emits a minimal odor. The softening point of ASA prints is higher compared to PLA and PETG. ASA is suitable for applications in the automotive and marine industries, as well as for outdoor applications such as mirror housings, hoods, radiator grilles, and sensor housings.

Our range of filaments also includes other materials and colors.
Main features of the ASA material
- ASA filament is resistant to UV radiation, moisture, and heat. It can be used outdoors.
- ASA shrinks less than the popular ABS. It also emits fewer annoying fumes during printing.
- Thermoplastic shows no signs of deformation up to a temperature of approximately 94°C
- ASA material is often used in the automotive and marine industries
It is recommended to print in a closed chamber.
The adhesion of the first layer to the table can be improved with ASA juice (ASA material dissolved in acetone).
Suggested filament printing parameters
| Printing temperature | From 230°C to 260°C |
| Table temperature | From 70°C to 110°C |
| Due to differences in printer design, the above data should be treated as guidelines and the appropriate values should be determined experimentally. |
