Product description: Rosa3D Refill ASA filament 1.75 mm 1 kg - White
White ASA filament , manufactured by Rosa3D. It exhibits limited shrinkage during printing, and the resulting fumes are less noticeable than with traditional ABS. The key feature of ASA thermoplastic is its high resistance to UV radiation, heat, and moisture. It can be used outdoors, exposed to changing weather conditions. The filament diameter is 1.75 mm . The material weighs 1 kg per spool.

Our range of filaments also includes other materials and colors.

Additional information about ASA
- ASA filament (acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylic) is a material highly resistant to UV radiation, moisture, and heat. It can be used in variable weather conditions.
- ASA shrinks less than the popular ABS. It also emits fewer annoying fumes during printing.
- Thermoplastic shows no signs of deformation up to a temperature of approximately 94°C
- ASA is frequently used in the automotive and marine industries. Components made from this thermoplastic include mirror and sensor housings, covers, and radiator grilles.
- The adhesion of the first layer can be improved by using a small amount of ASA dissolved in acetone.
- For this material, printing in a closed chamber is recommended.
| Head temperature | From 220°C to 250°C |
| Table temperature | From 90°C to 110°C |
Due to differences in printer design, the above data should be treated as guidelines and the appropriate values should be determined experimentally. |
