ASA filament is a thermoplastic filament used for FFF 3D printing . It is designed for building functional prototypes and finished products that are expected to be weather-resistant and durable . The filament does not discolor when exposed to UV radiation.

Devil Design ASA filament 1.75 mm 0.8 kg - Aluminum.
Filament wound on a spool, vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The spool contains 0.8 kg of material net . It can be used in all FFF printers not protected against the use of material from a third-party supplier or open-source design. ASA is a material with increased resistance (compared to ABS) to external factors and is easily machined , such as grinding or drilling. ASA is an excellent substitute for typical ABS copolymer.

Devil Design ASA filament 1.75 mm 0.8 kg - Aluminum
Devil Design's ASA filaments have a center of gravity of 1.07 g/cm³ (ASTM D792 test method). The softening point of the thermoplastic material, tested using the ASTM D1525 method, is 96℃. The manufacturer has rated the Rockwell R hardness at 107.
ASA filaments are characterized by a maximum elongation at break of no more than 20%. Their tensile strength, tested using the ASTM D638 method, is as high as 500 kg/cm². Once cooled, the print can be easily removed from the print bed without risk of damage.

This thermoplastic material is soluble in acetone. 3D printing with ASA filaments is relatively simple, making them a popular choice for both beginners and experienced 3D printer users.
Due to their properties, ASA filaments are versatile. Their high model accuracy, combined with a subtle sheen, make them ideal for printing decorative elements. ASA is also used for prototyping, printing housings, and various accessories.
Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
