Product description: Devil Design ASA 1.75 mm 0.8 kg - Race Green
ASA filament is a thermoplastic material in filament form, used for FFF 3D printing . The material is wound on a spool and vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The spool contains 0.8 kg of filament net . Devil Design ASA can be used in all FFF printers not protected against the use of material from a third-party supplier or open-source designs. ASA is a material with increased resistance (compared to ABS) to external factors and is easily machined , such as grinding or drilling. ASA is an excellent substitute for typical ABS copolymer.
ASA filament properties
- There is a smell of melting plastic during printing.
- A material more durable than PLA
- Easy to sand, you can drill holes in it without any problems
- It is cheap and comes in many color variants.
- Increased resistance to UV radiation
- Increased resistance to weather conditions
- Good chemical and thermal resistance
Suggested filament printing parameters
| Head temperature | From 230°C to 240°C |
| Table temperature | From 90°C to 100°C |
| Print cooling | Not recommended |
| Due to differences in printer design, the above data should be treated as guidelines and the appropriate values should be determined experimentally. |
Our range of filaments also includes other materials and colors.

Noteworthy substitutes for ABS materials - ASA filaments
ABS filaments remain among the most popular materials used in 3D printers. However, for projects requiring even greater resistance to mechanical damage, ASA filaments can be an excellent alternative.
Devil Design ASA 1.75mm 0.8kg filament in Race Green allows you to produce parts that can be drilled or sanded without risk of damage. Its high resistance to external conditions (weather and UV radiation) allows for use in a wide range of projects, including outdoor devices.
Devil Design ASA Filament 1.75mm 0.8kg - Race Green in the Botland store
ASA filament, supplied by the Polish brand Devil Design, requires a heated build plate temperature of 90-100°C. Once the printer is finished, the model can be easily separated from the overlay or build plate without damaging the finished piece.
Devil Design ASA 1.75mm 0.8kg filament is available in a wide range of colors. It can be used in devices from many different manufacturers, with the exception of 3D printers designed for use with dedicated materials.
