The company from Hipolitow has a high production capacity of 70 tons per month. Filament production takes place 5 days a week, 24 hours a day, in a continuous cycle. Rosa 3D uses as many as 15 different materials to produce heat-shrinkable materials characterized by different properties. The company uses as many as 4 fully biodegradable materials and two composite materials. Rosa 3D invests primarily in recycling, realized, among others, through the recovery of packaging. In 2021, the company implemented a new environmental management system, fully compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 standard. The company from Hipolitoow carefully selects materials for the production of filaments. It bases its decisions, among others, on a number of tests, studies and opinions of 3D printer manufacturers. In addition, each new product, before it goes on sale, is meticulously tested on large prints, characterized by a weight of even several kilograms. This approach ensures that Rosa 3D offers only refined felts with the highest quality. What does this mean in practice? First of all, minimal dimensional tolerance and appropriate roundness of the thermoplastic material.

Filaments of the Rosa 3D brand are used both in amateur printers and in industrial, technical and large format printing. The company has modern machinery that ensures high efficiency and repeatability in the production of filaments. Moreover, experienced engineers and quality control specialists constantly watch over the production of heat-shrinkable materials.
A wide selection of filaments in different colors
In Rosa 3D's offer, you can find such felts as PLA, PETG, ASA and many others. Shrinkable materials are available in both Starter and Standard versions. As the name suggests, the first group is aimed at beginners of 3D printers, while the second group is aimed at more advanced users. What are the main characteristics of Rosa 3D filaments? First of all, very low shrinkage and excellent adhesion of the first and subsequent layers of the print. Another advantage is the high detail and accuracy of prints. Selected filaments such as Rosa 3D PLA Starter do not emit an unpleasant odour during operation. In practice, this means a high comfort of use. In the assortment of Botland store, there are available, among others, filaments distinguished by a diameter of 1.75 mm and a net weight of 0.80 kg. Rosa 3D thermoplastic materials can be successfully used in all printers without a built-in security lock against the use of third-party filaments. Particularly noteworthy are the thermoplastic materials approved for contact with food. They can be used, among others, to print packaging.
