FiberFlex 40D material boasts a high flow rate, allowing for printing at speeds up to 45 mm/s. At the same time, there's no need to worry about loss of quality or detail. Another important feature is its excellent adhesion, both the first layer and the subsequent ones. This, in turn, translates into the attractive appearance of the models and their high tightness.
Fiberlogy FiberFlex 40D filament is distinguished by its strength and durability, ensuring prints retain their appearance and properties for a long time. Its specific density is 1.16 g/cm³. Moisture absorption is 0.6%, and its melting point is 157℃.
Fiberlogy FiberFlex 40D filament - what else is worth knowing?
FiberFlex 40D filaments manufactured by Fiberlogy are characterized by an elasticity of 57% (measured using the D2632 test method). Maximum material shrinkage is 0.8%. The tensile strength of FiberFlex 40D filament is a staggering 115 kN*/m. Retraction speed ranges from 10 to 30 mm/s. At break, the material elongates by 680%.
According to the manufacturer's recommendations, airflow should be set between 50% and 75%. It's also recommended to use masking tape on the build plate. The filament is suitable for use in devices with a closed chamber, which is designed to maintain a stable temperature, as well as in printers without this feature.
Filaments are hygroscopic (they absorb moisture), so breaching the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. Therefore, if you return an unpacked item, your refund amount will be reduced proportionally. Returns resulting from manufacturing defects (e.g., damaged or cut filament) are an exception. Please carefully verify the color and material type on the label before opening the packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
