Properties of the PLA Mineral filament
PLA Mineral is a unique proposition among Fiberlogy products. The 3D models that are formed from it have a characteristic satin surface that resembles plaster. This type of thermoplastic can be used primarily in art workshops and architectural studios. The high detail of the material allows the use of PLA Mineral, among others in the following projects:

Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
