The xTool F2 Deluxe is a comprehensive kit for professional customization, combining a mobile laser engraver with dedicated accessories that expand processing capabilities. The F2 utilizes a 15W diode laser for cutting and engraving organic materials and a 5W infrared laser (1064nm) for advanced metal marking, including blackening, deep engraving, and color engraving. A built-in 50MPx camera with autofocus enables precise project positioning with an accuracy of 0.1mm , while a working speed of up to 6000mm/s allows for efficient project execution even in mobile environments. The standard 115 x 115mm working area in the Deluxe kit is expanded to 115 x 400mm with the Slide Extension module, providing more than four times the work area and enabling mass production. The kit also includes an RA3 rotary attachment , enabling automatic and precise engraving of cylindrical and spherical objects such as cups, rings, spheres, and vases. The kit also includes a Desktop Air Purifier , which filters up to 99.97% of smoke and pollutants generated during operation. The xTool F2 is a portable laser engraver equipped with two independent light sources – a 15W diode laser and a 5W infrared laser with a wavelength of 1064nm . This combination allows for processing over 300 materials , including wood , MDF, leather, felt, dark acrylics, and metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, gold, and silver. The IR laser enables precise marking, blackening, and engraving of high-contrast details , while the diode module is responsible for cutting and 3D relief in organic materials . Maximum Operating speeds of up to 6,000 mm/s significantly increase order fulfillment efficiency. This solution combines mobility with parameters similar to larger stationary systems.
Versatile operation and serial production
The standard working area of the device is 115 x 115 mm , which is ideal for personalizing small items such as key rings, medallions, or nameplates. Using the included Slide Extension increases the working area to 115 x 400 mm , enabling the processing of long objects and the production of multiple details in a single batch. The maximum workpiece height is 120 mm , and using the optional rotary module, cylindrical objects up to 120 mm in diameter can be engraved. The device can cut plywood up to 15 mm and acrylic up to 12 mm in multiple passes. These parameters allow for the combination of individual personalization and short production runs.
The work area extension module increases the work area up to 4 times compared to the standard configuration.

The built-in 50 MPx camera provides a preview of the entire work area , allowing you to see the design directly on the material before starting work. The system offers positioning accuracy of up to 0.1 mm for small parts , reducing material waste and the risk of errors. Autofocus automatically adjusts the head height to the workpiece , reducing setup time. The 0.08 mm x 0.06 mm (15 W) and 0.03 mm x 0.03 mm (5 W IR) laser spot enables the creation of fine, sharp lines and high-resolution details. A movement accuracy of 0.00199 mm ensures repeatability even in mass production.
Software, connectivity and a wide range of accessories
The engraving machine works with xTool Studio software , available for Windows and macOS, integrating design, parameter settings, and device control in a single environment. Supported file formats include SVG, DXF, JPG, PNG, and BMP , and communication is via Wi-Fi or USB . In addition to the mobile engraving machine , the Deluxe kit includes a Slide Extension module that increases the working area to 115 x 400 mm, an RA3 rotary attachment for automatic engraving of cylindrical elements, and an air purifier that filters 99.97% of smoke and pollutants.
