Argon THRML is a cooling system for the Raspberry Pi 5 minicomputer , based on a 60 mm diameter fan , which is controlled using PWM pulse width modulation and a radiator with a copper pipe for heat dissipation. The silver fan provides effective cooling of the device and is easy to install. The set also includes thermal paste and a thermal pad .
Assembly instructions are provided on the inside walls of the product packaging.
