Flexible Flex80 White resin
Prusament Resin Flex80 White is a rubber-like 405 nm UV resin with a hardness of about 80 Shore A for soft yet durable parts from MSLA printers. The manufacturer compares the flexibility of the cured prints to a car tyre, leather or the rubber sole of a shoe.
The resin has a noticeably weaker smell than many flexible resins and a viscosity that lets you wash finished models in isopropyl alcohol without special procedures. On the Original Prusa SL1S SPEED printer, a 0.05 mm layer of this colour version is exposed in 3 s.

On the Original Prusa SL1 a 0.05 mm layer of white Flex80 is exposed in 6.5 s, compared with 15 s for the Transparent Clear version. On the SL1S SPEED these times drop to 3 s and 5 s.
Frequently asked questions
Will Flex80 work in other printers?
Yes, the resin works with most third-party MSLA 3D printers, although it was made for the Original Prusa SL1S SPEED. On the Original Prusa SL1 a 0.05 mm layer of this version is exposed in 6.5 s, on the SL1S SPEED in 3 s.
How do I wash and cure Flex80?
Wash the model for 5 to 10 minutes in over 90 % isopropyl alcohol, then dry it for 10 minutes at 45 °C. Curing takes at least 10 minutes, with 60 minutes being optimal.
