Mayku Formbox - key information

In the assortment of the English company you can find, above all, devices thanks to which everyone can create a spatial form on their own, using, for example, a printout from a 3D printer. Such prepared moulds enable to create countless constructions thanks to casting technique. In practice, the use of Mayku Formbox is limited only by imagination. The principle of operation of this type of device is simple and based on thermoforming. By pressing a heated sheet that is placed on a platform and sucking out the air (it can be done with any vacuum cleaner) we create practically any construction. The advantage of Mayku's equipment is that it is very fast, allowing you to create many different templates in a relatively short time.

Mayku moulding sheets

For proper operation of Mayku Formbox, special sheets are necessary, which the English company also has in its offer. The first one is Mayku Cast Sheet, which is a transparent paper that can be in contact with food. Its thickness is 0.5 mm and, most importantly, it is 100% recyclable. Moreover, the sheets are distinguished by their light weight, flexibility, and are reusable. Mayku Form Sheet, on the other hand, is a white sheet that is ideal for creating forms and packaging products. The last type is Mayku Pour, which is a non-toxic casting material that can be used to create highly detailed casts, among other things. Once dry, it can be successfully painted.
