Description
Dust sensor allows monitoring the air quality, measures the PM1.0, PM2,5, PM10 coefficients. It is equipped with a sensor that could detect particles with diameter above 0.3μm, such as cigarette smoke. The system is powered by 5 V, and the interface operates a 3.3 V, and communicates via the UART interface.
Connection
The sensor has eight pins, their description is in the table.
Pin | Description |
---|---|
Pin 1 | VCC - power supply of 5 V. |
Pin 2 | The weight of the device. |
Pin 3 | Pin SET |
Pin 4 | RXD - the UART receiver, it operates with a voltage of 3.3 V. |
Pin 5 | TXD - transmitter UART. It works with a voltage of 3.3 V. |
Pin 6 | Reset. It works with a voltage of 3.3 V. |
Pin 7 |
Not connected |
8 Pin |
Not connected |
The device operates with a voltage of 3.3 V, for connection with the device working with higher voltage, we recommend usinga voltage converter. |
