Original Prusa XL is an advanced CoreXY 3D printer , designed for large projects. It has a spacious build volume of 360 x 360 x 360 mm , which allows you to create larger and more complex models. The printer is equipped with a single head , but also offers optional support for five independent tool heads , which allows you to print multiple materials at the same time. Thanks to the functions of automatic cleaning, calibration and resuming printing after a power outage, it is extremely easy to use and minimizes the risk of problems during work. Input Shaper and Pressure Advance technologies ensure precise prints at high speeds, and Phase Stepping technology allows for quiet operation, even with intensive printing. The printer supports a wide range of filaments , including PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS, Flex, PVA and other technical materials. Thanks to the full assembly, it is ready to use right out of the box , which significantly simplifies its setup. Additionally, Prusa XL is compatible with Prusa Connect , allowing for remote printing management.

Printing without wasting material
Traditional single- extruder printers require nozzle cleaning after every color or material change, which generates large amounts of waste, up to four times the weight of the printed object. Prusa XL is designed to enable efficient multi-material printing without filament waste . Typically, a small cleaning tower is used to stabilize the pressure in the nozzle, but with properly dried filaments and an infill cleaning function , the printer allows printing without generating filament waste.
Combining materials in one print
With independent tool heads , you can easily use different materials and combine them in one print . You can combine Flex with PETG, and use PLA to print easily removable supports. If your project requires advanced materials, such as using carbon fiber filaments, you can use a cheaper material to print supports, which will reduce costs.
