A double-sided spring steel sheet with a powder-coated finish , designed specifically for use with polyamide-based filaments . Its surface is optimized for materials that typically exhibit poor adhesion to satin or textured sheets, making it ideal for printing with PA11 and other nylon materials . Designed for the Prusa CORE One L printer , the sheet enables stable printing without the need for glue sticks. The surface should only be cleaned with clean water, as cleaning agents like isopropyl alcohol or acetone can quickly damage the coating. This is a practical choice for technical and functional prints, as well as for components subjected to higher stress.
Never clean a steel plate with powder-coated PEI using acetone! Contact with acetone causes micro-cracks in the PEI structure, which leads to surface deterioration over time.
