Redox - Li-Pol batteries
Li-Pol (lithium-polymer) batteries are often used by electronics and robotics engineers when building devices. Their exceptional properties depend, among others, on the quality of production - a well-made lithium-polymer battery is able to work efficiently for many charging cycles. Redox produces cells of the highest quality, thanks to which the company's products are so popular. When using such equipment, it is necessary to remember about the unique properties and requirements of Li-Pol cells, so that they work efficiently and are not permanently damaged. You should constantly monitor the voltage at the output and never exceed the limit specified by the manufacturer, and then use the appropriate current parameters for charging. If the battery consists of more than one cell (cells), the charger must consider the possibility that each may be discharged differently. For this purpose, balancers are used, as well as an appropriate algorithm in the charger, controlling the parameters of the current applied to each of the cells - the company Redox also offers such equipment. Chargers of this manufacturer allow to charge not only lithium-polymer batteries, but also lithium-ion, Li-Fe, Ni-Cd and Ni-MH.
Redox - what Botland offers?
