Print EKO with Refill filaments
Refill material is sold without disposable spools. This makes the product slightly cheaper than regular filaments wound on reels and there are no residues after use. The Masterspool reusable reel can be printed by yourself according tothe RichRapa design. This solution makes us care about the environment.

Filaments are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb moisture. Therefore, breaking the airtight vacuum packaging permanently reduces the quality and value of the product. For this reason, if an unpacked item is returned, the refund amount will be proportionally reduced. This does not apply to returns resulting from manufacturing defects in the material, such as damaged or cut filament. Please carefully check the color and material type on the label before opening the foil packaging. |

30 days to return, without giving a reason
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from receiving the parcel to withdraw from the contract. The product only has to be complete. The right of return belongs to consumers (a purchase unrelated to business activity).
Complaints
If the product turns out to be faulty, you can make a claim under the guarantee or the statutory warranty. We handle claims without delay, at the latest within 14 working days of receiving the report together with the goods.
