The STM32WLE5 integrated with the RAK3172 solution provides high performance and full support for the LoRaWAN 1.0.3 protocol. The module can operate both in LoRaWAN networks using communication gateways and in direct peer-to-peer communication mode. Built-in DIP switches allow for convenient mapping of the UART lines to various M5Stack controllers, while the included rubber duck antenna increases connection stability and transmission range. Thanks to its very low power consumption in sleep mode, the module is ideal for battery-powered applications and systems operating for many months.

LoRaWAN technology in IoT systems
