The xTool O1 Omni Single UV is a UV printer for personalizing rigid materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, and ceramics . Equipped with a single Epson F1080 printhead , it offers a print resolution of 720 x 1440 dpi and precise positioning with an accuracy of ±0.2 mm . CMYKWV inks enable full-color printing , white underprinting, varnishing, and the creation of raised 3D effects up to 7 mm . With an optional laminator, the device can also perform DTF UV transfers.

Product description: UV printer - xTool O1 Omni - Single UV
The xTool O1 Omni Single UV is designed for precise UV printing on rigid objects and flat surfaces . A single Epson F1080 printhead uses CMYKWV ink, enabling the creation of full-color prints, white underprints, varnish, and textured and raised effects. The Pixel-Scan system maps the object's location and supports design positioning with an accuracy of ±0.2 mm . The working area reaches 330 x 420 mm , and the maximum structured print height is 7 mm . The printer works with xTool Studio on Windows and macOS , supports remote cleaning and control, and automatic mixing and circulation of white ink. The Single UV version does not support DTG, DTF on textiles, or fluorescent inks.

UV printing technology in xTool O1 Omni Single UV
The xTool O1 Omni Single UV utilizes a single Epson F1080 printhead to apply successive layers of color ink, white, and varnish directly to the object's surface . It enables printing at a resolution of 720 x 1440 dpi . The ink is cured using a UV process , enabling the creation of durable, multi-color prints and multi-layer structures. The white ink channel can act as a base coat for color on dark and transparent surfaces, while the varnish provides gloss, additional texture, or a spot finish. The Single UV version also supports DTF UV transfers , but their full production requires the use of appropriate materials and an optional laminator, such as the xTool LM1. DTG and classic DTF technologies intended for garment printing are not supported by this version ; they are available in the UV + DT Fabric Edition. Fluorescent printing and a special white ink for more flexible surfaces are offered in the Dual-Head UV Edition.
Optional accessories, such as the xTool OR1 rotary attachment or the xTool LM1 laminator, further expand the possibilities of printing on cylindrical objects and preparing DTF UV transfers.
In UV mode, the ink is applied directly to the surface of a rigid object and cured, allowing for durable, full-color prints on finished products.
UV printing materials for xTool O1 Omni
The Single UV version is designed for personalizing rigid materials . The manufacturer recommends acrylic , wood , metal, glass, ceramics, paper, and selected plastics , making the printer suitable for decorations, signs, promotional items, and personalized consumer items. Material selection and surface preparation directly impact print adhesion and durability . For smooth surfaces such as acrylic, glass, ceramics, or metal, it is recommended to use a properly selected primer to improve print adhesion . Raw and porous wood, however, may require prior surface sealing . Plastic compatibility depends on the specific material type, so it's recommended to conduct a test on the target surface before producing a larger batch. The range of applications can be expanded with additional accessories. The optional xTool OR1 rotary attachment allows for personalizing compatible cylindrical objects, such as cups and containers. Furthermore, DTF UV transfers allow for transferring graphics to surfaces that are difficult to place directly in the printer's workspace.
Pixel-Scan Vision System - precise print positioning
The Pixel-Scan Vision system combines laser detection of the entire workspace with CIS imaging. This solution reduces the typical perspective distortions associated with traditional camera viewing and allows for a more accurate representation of the actual size and position of the object . The vision system's resolution is 1440 x 1200 dpi , and the declared positioning accuracy is ±0.2 mm . In practice, you can place the object in the device, and the system scans its position and helps align the design without the need to manually align the graphics "by eye." This is particularly useful when personalizing irregularly shaped elements, producing short runs, and printing in a precisely defined location. This simplifies job preparation, even for those who have not previously used a professional UV printer.
The Pixel-Scan system combines full-field laser scanning with CIS imaging to map the object's location without typical camera distortion.
