PTFEplastic tube used to transport the filament from the extruder to the3D printerhotend. It is used in devices which use an extruder with a Bowden mechanism to feed the material for printing. The inner diameter of the product is 2 mm,the outerdiameter is4 mm. The tube is compatible with 1.75 mm diameter filament. Product application
The tube is made of heat resistant PTFE material, which serves as a casing in which the filament is transported. In the Bowden system, it connects the extruder, which is usually located on the construction frame of the printer, with the hotend, which dissolves the printing material. The quality of the transport tube has a major impact on the final printed result. An uninterrupted movement of the filament allows for a regular supply of the correct amount of thermoplastic.
