A third, single-line laser mode is designed for scanning deep holes, slots, and components with complex geometries. This combination of modes allows the scanner to handle both simple elements and complex technical components. The resulting point cloud can be quickly transformed into a precise 3D model.
Fast scanning and high data density
The high performance of the MetroY scanner allows for the capture of up to 1.5 million points per second , significantly accelerating the digitization process. The dense point cloud enables the representation of even the smallest structural elements. The minimum distance between points in the model is up to 0.05 mm , resulting in extremely detailed models. The scanner can capture objects ranging from 10 x 10 x 10 mm to 1 x 1 x 1 m . This makes it suitable for both small mechanical elements and larger industrial components.

Revo Metro Software and CAD Integration

Models can be exported to popular formats such as STL, OBJ, PLY, and FBX . Integration with Revo Design and Revo Measure also enables the conversion of scans to CAD models and the performance of metrological measurements.
