Trackit SR supports object sizes from 10 mm to 4 m , making it suitable for everything from small mechanical parts to bodywork, structural components, and larger industrial assemblies. Single-frame accuracy is 0.02 mm , with a maximum integrated point spacing of 0.05 mm , and volumetric accuracy of the tracking system reaching 0.025 mm + 0.04 mm x L (m) . The tracker operates from a distance of 800 mm to 2500 mm, providing a tracking volume of 3 m³, and a maximum frame area of 2075 x 1778 mm at 2500 mm. In the CMM version, a ball plate can be used to check the system's accuracy on the jobsite, while active heating and temperature sensors help mitigate the effects of thermal changes. For the highest accuracy, the manufacturer recommends an ambient temperature of 20°C to 25°C.

CMM Edition expands the system's capabilities with a one-year Revo Measure license , allowing scanned geometry to be used directly for dimensional inspection and quality analysis. The program allows for length, angle, and volume measurements, GD&T analysis, cross-sectioning, and comparison of measurement data with CAD models, including generating deviation maps that show the distribution of surface errors. Data recording and preparation are handled by the free Revo Track software , which supports scanning, calibration, merging, editing, and exporting to PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, and FBX formats. Data can then be used in CAD environments, 3D modeling programs, and 3D printing applications. The Revo Measure license included with CMM Edition is designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11 .
