Revopoint Trackit SR is designed to scan objects with a recommended size of 10 mm to 4 m , allowing you to use a single system to digitize small mechanical parts, bodywork components, and larger structures. Single-frame accuracy is 0.02 mm , with a maximum point spacing of 0.05 mm , and the volumetric accuracy of the tracking system is 0.025 mm + 0.04 mm x L (m) . The tracker operates within a range of 800 mm to 2500 mm and provides a tracking volume of 3 m³, while the maximum tracking frame area at 2500 mm is 2075 x 1778 mm. Measurement stability is enhanced by active heating and internal and external temperature sensors, and the manufacturer recommends taking the most accurate measurements at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C.

The free Revo Track software handles scanning, processing, editing, data merging, and calibration of the Trackit SR system and is available for Windows and macOS. The program allows you to export models in PLY, OBJ, STL, ASC, 3MF, GLTF, and FBX formats, making the data suitable for use in CAD applications, 3D modeling programs, and 3D printing slicers. Revo Design is also available for mesh editing, freeform and parametric modeling, and scan-to-CAD processes, while Revo Measure allows you to perform dimensional measurements, GD&T analysis, deviation analysis, and scan-to-CAD model comparisons. A Revo Measure license is not included with the Standard Edition; an annual license is included with the CMM Edition. Revo Track can also be integrated with external applications using the optional TCP remote control feature.
