The Creality Sermoon X1 is a professional 3D scanner designed for industrial, engineering, design, and measurement applications. It utilizes a hybrid scanning system that includes one blue laser line, seven parallel laser lines, 34 cross lines, and NIR structured light , allowing it to accurately capture both fine details and large objects. The scanner offers accuracy down to 0.02 mm , volumetric accuracy up to 0.02 mm + 0.03 mm/m with scaling bars, and speeds up to 90 fps . With WiFi 6 connectivity, a 5000 mAh battery, and support for color textures, the Sermoon X1 is ideal for workshops, laboratories, manufacturing, and mobile work.

Laser and NIR scanning technology
The Creality Sermoon X1 utilizes multiple operating modes to tailor the scanning method to the object type. A single blue laser line scans deep holes, crevices, and hard-to-reach areas, supporting a depth-to-diameter ratio of up to 6:1. Seven parallel laser lines are suitable for detailed and complex shapes, while 34 cross lines allow for rapid capture of larger object geometry. NIR mode enables marker-free scanning, significantly speeding up the digitization process for medium- to large-sized objects with rich geometry.
Industrial performance and measurement precision
The scanner offers an accuracy of up to 0.02 mm , making it suitable for quality control, reverse engineering, and high-precision measurements. The scanning range covers objects from 5 x 5 x 5 mm to 4000 x 4000 x 4000 mm , allowing a single device to handle both small mechanical components and large industrial parts. In fast scanning mode, the Sermoon X1 reaches up to 90 fps , and in 34-line mode, up to 1,734,000 measurements/s . These parameters shorten digitization time and streamline work with large numbers of models.
NIR structured light enables scanning of large areas without the use of markers.

Data transmission reaches up to 4.7 Gbps , with a latency of approximately 10 ms , promoting smooth viewing and stable operation. A built-in 5000 mAh battery provides over 4 hours of operation , and the USB Type-C interface facilitates charging. This allows the 3D scanner to be used on the go without constantly connecting cables.
Ergonomics, textures and intelligent software
The Sermoon X1 enables full-color texture scanning thanks to a 2MP RGB camera, Qualcomm ISP chip, and 12 LEDs for surface illumination . An ergonomic grip, safety strap, and 530g weight enhance comfort during long measurement sessions. Performance is stabilized by an AI-based temperature compensation algorithm and a thermal management system , which reduce errors resulting from vibration and prolonged use. CrealityScan 4.0 software offers point cloud processing, AI features, model editing, and integration with design, inspection, and 3D printing software.
Sermoon X1 is equipped with a powerful Qualcomm ISP chip, a full-color 2 MPx RGB camera and additional lighting, thanks to which it reproduces textures in a more realistic and detailed way.
