The Revopoint MetroY Pro offers five 3D scanning modes , allowing you to tailor your workflow to the type of object and the level of detail you need. The 34-line cross mode is designed for rapid data capture, the 15-line parallel mode facilitates the capture of fine details and edges, and the single line mode is ideal for capturing deep holes, crevices, and grids. Additionally, the MetroY Pro utilizes a 62-line full-field structured light , allowing you to scan feature-rich objects without markers. This is complemented by an automatic rotary stage mode , which streamlines the digitization of smaller elements and helps achieve consistent results. The system generates as many as 7,000,000 points per second , reducing the time needed to prepare digital documentation.

Revo Metro, Revo Design and Revo Measure software in one workflow
Revopoint MetroY Pro works with the free Revo Metro software, which allows scanning, point cloud processing, editing, and exporting models in popular formats such as STL, OBJ, and STEP . The program runs on Windows and macOS and allows for real-time control of the scanning process, including monitoring point cloud quality and data completion. For more advanced applications, models can be transferred to Revo Design for scan-to-CAD conversion and to Revo Measure for metrology and comparison tasks against CAD models or drawings. This makes MetroY Pro useful not only as a digitizing scanner but also as part of a complete design, inspection, and manufacturing process. Extensive file format support facilitates integration with 3D modeling , cutting, analysis, and technical documentation programs.
