With a 7-inch 10K screen (9024 x 5120 px) and an XY resolution of 17 μm x 17 μm , it allows you to obtain realistic textures and sharp edges. The use of an advanced COB light source combined with a Fresnel lens and a light uniformity control algorithm (≥ 90%) ensures uniform curing of layers, minimizing dimensional errors. The new ACF Release Film system speeds up the printing process, reducing printing time by up to 40% compared to previous models. The printer supports both standard and High Speed resins , offering a maximum printing speed of up to 120 mm / h . Additionally, intelligent diagnostic functions, automatic component inspection, resin residue detection and material level monitoring increase reliability and convenience of use.

Intelligent resin diagnostics and monitoring
Photon Mono 4 Ultra is equipped with a modern 360° self-monitoring system that constantly monitors key components of the device. The printer automatically checks the resin level, detects solid material residues in the vat and warns about the need to clean it . This significantly reduces the risk of damaging the LCD screen and film. Additionally, the automatic detection of failed prints analyzes models for cracks or separation from the platform and, if necessary, stops the printing process, saving material and work time.
ACF Release Film - Fast and reliable printing
The new generation of ACF Release Film is a breakthrough in resin printing technology. Thanks to increased light transmittance , each layer cures faster , which, combined with reduced adhesion force, minimizes the risk of damaging models when peeling off. The result of this solution is a 40% shorter printing time , as well as increased print reliability. You can count on a smoother layer separation process and greater efficiency when printing complex models with a large number of details.
Remote Control and Anycubic Ecosystem
Photon Mono 4 Ultra supports the Anycubic App, allowing you to remotely control your printer and download models directly from the Makeronline library.
