Product description: 3D printer - Creality K1 Max
An innovative 3D printer from Creality with a stable construction and a closed working chamber, giving it an elegant appearance. The printer can achieve a print speed of up to 600 mm/s ! The built-in Lidar sensor in the print head ensures that the first layer of printing will always be perfect. Another intelligent feature of the printer is the integrated AI camera , which monitors the printing process in real time. The dimensions of the working area are 300 x 300 x 300 mm , and the entire structure is 435 x 462 x 526 mm.
Perfect first layer with lidar sensor
You no longer have to worry about whether the first layer of the printout will turn out well. The Lidar sensor with a resolution of 1 µm scans the resulting layer and , in the event of errors, informs the user about it and stops the printer. The sensor also regulates the flow, separately for each filament. In addition, Lidar is used in the worktable auto-leveling system.
Built-in AI camera
Another smart feature of the K1 Max printer is the integrated AI camera that monitors the printing process in real time , allows preview on a smartphone or computer and can be used to create photos or time-lapse videos. The intelligent camera detects various types of errors, as well as the appearance of a foreign body in the working chamber, e.g. tools or screws.
Incredible speed
With an acceleration of 20,000 mm/s², the K1 Max printer can reach a speed of 600 mm/s in just 0.03 seconds ! This is one of the highest scores among FDM 3D printers. Fast operation is also ensured by a stable CoreXY construction and a printhead weighing only 190 g. The solid construction and light moving parts guarantee both stability and precision, even at high speeds.
G sensor
The ringing effect, i.e. the formation of waves on the surface of the printout, significantly deteriorates the appearance of the model and can be very troublesome. Fortunately, the K1 Max has been equipped with a G-sensor that measures the resonance frequencies and automatically lowers them if they are too high. The sensor reduces vibration while reducing printing noise .
K1 Max can also print at night, without disturbing your peace.
Extrusion system with a flow of 32 mm3 /s
The lightweight, yet very fast Direct Sprite two-speed extruder used in the printer ensures high extrusion force and high print quality . The K1 Max printer hotend is equipped with a new ceramic heater. It heats up to 200°C in just 40 seconds and melts the filament instantly. Titanium alloy thermal break and copper nozzle can operate at temperatures up to 300°C.
Fully automatic levelling
The work table has a grid of built-in strain gauges to adjust its inclination. In addition, the Lidar sensor scanning millions of measurement points on the table improves leveling accuracy. Both systems work fully automatically, without human intervention, and together ensure the highest precision of the leveling process .
Efficient cooling system
There is a fan on the print head that generates a strong air stream that quickly cools and hardens the model. The cooling effect is enhanced by an additional fan in the working chamber with a power of 18 W. This eliminates any warping and deformation caused by overheating.
Air filter
K1 Max has a built-in air filter that effectively filters harmful particles and unpleasant, irritating odors. This makes printing much more enjoyable and secure.
One-click error detection
Click one button and the printer will perform an automatic functional test, including extruder, heatbed, fans or leveling system and will display any anomalies on the screen if necessary. Thanks to this, you can quickly detect errors before printing begins .
Convenient controls
Creality K1 Max can print from USB drive, LAN or WiFi . Thanks to the network connection, the printer can be controlled and monitored remotely via the Creality Print app or Creality Cloud . K1 Max uses the newly developed Creality Print 4.3 slicer, which streamlines the cutting process and reduces it to 3 simple steps.
