Product description: Grove - RPR-220 reflective sensor v1.3
Grove series module based on the RPR-220 reflective sensor . It consists of an infrared light-emitting diode and a high-sensitivity phototransistor. Bright objects in front of the sensor will reflect more infrared light and generate more current in the phototransistor than objects with dark surfaces. It is powered by 5 V. Range from 0 to 45 mm. It has a digital output, which makes it compatible with most start-up modules , including Raspberry Pi and Arduino .
Connection
The module is equipped with a Grove interface that makes it easy to connect it to Arduino with the Base Shield v2.0 or Raspberry using the GrovePi+ Hat.
