reTerminal DM is a versatile all-in-one device that serves as an HMI, PLC, Gateway and Panel PC in an IoT architecture. Working at the edge, it unifies data flow and manages local devices, minimizing the difference between legacy systems and modern IT infrastructure. It is compatible with a variety of protocols, supporting legacy machines and edge controllers. This device integrates gateways and environmental sensors with IT infrastructure, creating a new data frontier. With AI capabilities, reTerminal DM offers deeper insight and supports multiple data streams for easy configuration and automation.
This device is natively integrated with Node-RED, making it easy to do low-code programming for event-driven applications.
It supports a variety of connectivity standards, including 4G LTE, LoRaWAN, WiFi, BLE, RS485/RS232, CAN bus, Ethernet, USB, HDMI.
Built-in touch display
The biggest change compared to its predecessor in reTerminal DM is the use of a larger, capacitive touch display. Its diagonal is 10.1'' and the resolution is 1280 x 800 px . The matrix used ensures high viewing angles , 8-bit color depth and luminance of 400 nits. 7H hardness combined with the IP65 tightness class guarantee safe use regardless of external conditions.
Many power supply and installation options
The reTerminal DM is powered via a 2-pin screw connector or PoE . In the former case, the voltage can range from 12 V to 24 V. PoE (Power over Ethernet) allows you to power the device from the RJ45 Ethernet socket. To facilitate the installation of the device, the manufacturer has provided kits for mounting on the front panel and the popular DIN Rail . It is also possible to use a VESA mount.
reTerminal DM has been designed to operate in difficult industrial conditions.
