The SLZB-06M is a modern ZigBee gateway designed for building stable and scalable home automation networks. At the heart of the device is a Silicon Labs EFR32MG21 chip responsible for ZigBee and Thread communication, and an ESP32 microcontroller handling network functions, configuration, and Wi-Fi communication. Supporting Ethernet , PoE, Wi-Fi, and USB Type-C, the coordinator can be mounted in the optimal location, regardless of the Home Assistant server's installation. The coordinator is factory-ready and requires no additional programming. It supports ZigBee2MQTT, ZHA, and Matter over Thread , offering extensive integration options for building automation systems. An additional advantage is the SLZB-OS platform with a web interface, OTA updates, diagnostic functions, and remote configuration capabilities.
SLZB-06M is compatible with Home Assistant via ZigBee2MQTT and ZHA.

Ethernet, PoE, USB Type-C and WiFi connectivity
The SLZB-06M offers several communication methods with the master system, making it easy to tailor to a specific installation. The device can operate via Ethernet, WiFi, or USB , allowing the coordinator to be mounted in a location that provides the best ZigBee network coverage. Support for PoE compliant with the IEEE802.3af standard enables simultaneous data and power transmission over a single network cable. This is particularly convenient in installations where the Home Assistant server is located in a rack, next to a router, or elsewhere remote from ZigBee devices. The SLZB-06M also supports Ethernet-to-WiFi Bridge mode, expanding the device's usability within the local network.
The gateway operates via Ethernet (PoE), USB or WiFi.
The coordinator offers support for Matter over Thread.
