Specially designedanti-slip handle, VDE certified, provides protection when working withvoltages up to 1000 V AC. The product has a rounded, tapered clamping profile with grooves on which there are grooves ensuring a firm grip on the repaired element. Compression resistance- tested by heating the tool up to 70°C,applying a 5000 V voltage and applying a 20 N pressure point.
- Resistance tovoltage- tools are approved for 1000 V AC and 1500 V DC.
- VDE coating is firmly embedded on the tool -the VDE insulating coating remains on the handle even when the tool is pulled down with 500 N.
- Low-temperature strength- the insulation coating is resistant to cracking at -40°C in accordance with EN/IEC60900.
- Fire resistant properties- tools do not ignite even if they stay for 10 seconds in a 12 cm flame.
