Product description: Arduino Nicla Voice - ABX00061
Arduino Nicla Voice is a small board with dimensions of 22.86 x 22.86 mm that allows you to implement active speech recognition in edge devices. The built-in Syntiant NDP120 Neural Decision chip allows you to run multiple AI algorithms, using bio-inspired advanced machine learning to automate complex tasks. The module is equipped with a number of sensors, such as a microphone , an intelligent 6-axis motion sensor and a magnetometer , making it an ideal solution for preventive maintenance, gesture/voice recognition and non-contact applications.
Nicla Voice has built-in Bluetooth Low Energy wireless communication and is compatible with Nicla, Portenta and MKR products. Very low power consumption allows continuous processing of sensor data 24/7, with the option of autonomous operation on battery power.

Speech detection and recognition
Speech detection and recognition can change the way you interact with machines, systems and devices. In addition to on-board sensors, a wake-up command or trigger sound is required: no buttons to search while driving, no interfaces to clutter your designs. Nicla Voice not only hears, but also recognizes individual sounds: thanks to advanced neural processing, it can learn to interpret audio inputs, such as command passwords.
Small but mighty
The Arduino Nicla Voice can easily be used to retrofit existing machines and systems and is particularly suitable for wearable products such as helmets and smart bands - also thanks to its long battery life.
More than words
Nicla Vision can run with multiple apps simultaneously to recognize different people, capture multiple keywords and wake ups at the same time. This module can be trained to recognize noisy bearings in need of maintenance, breaking windows or intruders trying to enter and more.
Peace and quiet
Nicla Voice allows you to mute in total safety: integrated with smart headphones, it offers better sound quality thanks to echo cancellation and noise suppression features that allow users to focus on their work, spare them hearing in a noisy industrial environment, while being alerted immediately when an alarm sound is detected .
