Self-build robots
The company offers kits so that anyone interested can easily build a working device on their own - either according to their own ideas or based on instructions from the manufacturer. Each of the robots offered by the company has a main unit, i.e. a minicomputer, which is responsible for all the logical operations and control of the installed components. The devices are interactive - depending on the model they can, for example, detect and avoid obstacles, move them or independently move along a designated route. A good example is the JIMU AstroBot social robot building kit. The user is provided with a detailed instruction manual explaining in detail how to build the different versions of the robot. Your child or you can also benefit from a specially created environment to learn programming and a dedicated smartphone app designed to control the robots. You can also use the parts from this model to extend other JIMU kits and use the social network to build a device according to someone else's design. Besides, in the kit you will find 5 motors, all mechanisms, rack (371 blocks), infrared sensor, LEDs, speaker, lithium-ion battery, logic circuit (microcomputer), network charger and wireless connectivity via Bluetooth module and interface.
